For the search of potential commercial occupiers of the Shenzhen GDH City Project, the Group has entered into a property leasing services agreement with 廣東粤海天河城(集團)股份有限公司 (GDH Teem (Holdings) Limited)("GDH Teem"), a fellow subsidiary of the Company, for the shopping mall under the Shenzhen GDH City Project, which operates by GDH Teem under the name of Shenzhen Teem. The Group will share the operating profit with GDH Teem. GDH Teem is principally engaged in the provision of property leasing services, property investment and development, department stores operation, hotel ownership and operations in the PRC, and has extensive industry experience. The agreement enables the Group to benefit from the branding effect of GDH Teem, which is conducive to attracting quality companies to locate in the property.
