The project is being developed in phases. As at 30 September 2026, the filing for completion of construction of the first phase properties of the project was made. The superstructures of other phase properties of the project were topped out and the renovation and masonry works were in progress. The filing for completion of construction of the whole project is expected to be made in the second half of 2026. The pre-sale of the project commenced in September 2021, and the project entered the delivery stage in October 2023.
